Our founder, Steve Coxon, brings a wealth of knowledge from his days as a professional player and an esteemed coach at the Division I level, as well as his success as a co-founder of the Connecticut Football Club (CFC). Inducted into the Connecticut Soccer Hall of Fame, Steve has a proven track record of fostering soccer talent and guiding players through the competitive recruitment landscape.

Olivia played Division 1 soccer at Quinnipiac, earning MAAC All-Rookie Team honors in 2019 and excelling academically with MAAC All-Academic Team recognition from 2020 to 2022. She capped her collegiate career with All-MAAC First Team honors and won two MAAC championships. Internationally, Olivia represented Team Canada at the Four Nations U17 Tournament in China (2017) and won a silver medal at the U15 CONCACAF (2016). A natural leader, she captained Aurora Football Club from 2010 to 2017.
Consultant Designer
James is an experienced professional specializing in Social Media, Sports Analysis, Marketing, and Content Management, with nearly a decade of experience working with various soccer-related teams and organizations. He holds a Master's degree in Interactive Media from Quinnipiac University, where he also captained the Men's Soccer team, earning numerous personal and team MAAC awards.
